The PROFIT System has 3 elements. It’s simple but incredibly effective.

The PROFIT system is built around 3 pillars: Vision, Velocity and Value.
When these three areas are aligned,
businesses grow more sustainably and owners regain control of their time and decisions.
If any one of these pillars is lacking, the potential of the overall business will be reduced.
The 3 pillars can be broken down into 9 steps covering all core functions of a business.
They provide the structure for both the business review and also the action plan.
In addition, there's a 10th step for Owner Wellbeing - another key element of a healthy business and healthy owner.
